Regularly report and monitor movement of records (hardcopy and electronic) globally.
Excel exports and reporting, regularly Lookups, Pivots, etc
Data Visualization - create and manage PowerBI regularly, Tableau when needed.
SQL - as part of data visualization preparation.
Present globally or regionally related to Information Management updates.
University graduate from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Information Technology or Library Science and Archiving
Have minimum 2 years experience as an Archivist or Records and Information Specialist or other equivalent experiences preferably from multinational company.
Fluency in English (Verbal and Written)
Excellent interpersonal relation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fast learner and team player
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Working knowledge on big data and data visualization tool
Working knowledge of programming language and basic query script.
Maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system.
Providing administrative support, reporting, and scheduling.
