Job Description:
  • Responsible for Human Capital operation processes including time management, personal admin, and employee master data.
  • Employee recruitment process, which consists of sourcing, interview, assessment, and on boarding process.
  • Verification and follow up of mandatory e-recruitment documents.
  • Prepare MPP documents (contracts and permanent appointments), start the process of needs analysis, verification, checking employee data, and justification.
  • Medical claim and monitoring employee attendance process, and reporting costs and activities to corporate.
  • Make employee turnover reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field.
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta area
