Responsible for Human Capital operation processes including time management, personal admin, and employee master data.
Employee recruitment process, which consists of sourcing, interview, assessment, and on boarding process.
Verification and follow up of mandatory e-recruitment documents.
Prepare MPP documents (contracts and permanent appointments), start the process of needs analysis, verification, checking employee data, and justification.
Medical claim and monitoring employee attendance process, and reporting costs and activities to corporate.
Make employee turnover reports.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field.
