Job Description

  • Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, and other relevant fields.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a creative department or agency, with solid experience in ATL, BTL, Social, web/digital.
  • A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices
  • Experience in building brand identity and guidelines
  • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker

  • Responsible:Manage a creative team and take ownership of end-to-end creative campaigns and output across branding, sales campaigns, social media and other marketing communications requirements
  • Work as part of the marketing team to deliver engaging content
  • Supervise the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
  • Possess a strong creative and conceptual vision for cross-channel media and the ability to execute high quality work against strategic business objectives
  • Be an expert in visual design with an excellent portfolio in digital design, branding and identity
  • Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all product are brand appropriate
  • Have strong time management and a demonstrated ability to direct and multi-task effectively under pressure
  • Hands-on execution with strong leadership skills
