  • Menguasai alat tes
  • Menguasai laporan hasil rekrutmen & assesment
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office
  • Mengerti & memahami dalam pembuatan SOP, Jobsdesk dll
  • Jujur, komunikatif, cekatan, dinamis, kreatif & inovatif
  • Komunikatif & fleksibel
  • Bersedia kerja dibawah tekanan
  • Dapat bekerja dalam team
