Responsible for providing HR services and support to employees, through the ongoing day-to-day operational work to support employees; and driving delivery excellence initiatives, using benchmarks and best practices, while ensuring consistent high-performance service.
Define the operational framework for services to maximize HR support in the context of overall business needs.
Create and implement customer relationships management strategies for enhancing Employee relations and experience
Manage and oversee the SLAs for Shared Services activities for delivery excellence & process improvements.
Implement various customer relationship methods to all HR Platform across Tokopedia Group
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide a standardized process for People Shared Services
Design and deliver learning and training programs for all People Shared Services agents
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources/Customer Relations.
A deep understanding of shared services organizations and models will be an added advantage.
Deep understanding of customer relationship management/ employee relations.
Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management skills
Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, driving performance, consistently producing great results, cultivating ownership while enforcing company policies and the applicable regulation.
Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with another level in the organization.
Ability to develop innovative solutions to complicated process issues in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and English language proficiency is a must
