SUPPLY CHAIN AND LOGISTICS MANAGER

Primary purpose of the role Responsible for the movement of goods from manufacturers and suppliers to the customers. Will oversee and manage every step of the supply chain flow from procurement and importation to delivery of the final product.
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of five (5) direct reports
  • Direct or coordinate production, purchasing, importing, warehousing, distribution, or financial forecasting services and activities to manage overhead costs and improve accuracy, customer service, and safety
  • Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining flows to meet product distribution needs
  • Direct the movement, storage, or processing of the inventory
  • Responsible for all supply chain operational including procurement, overseas & domestic logistics, warehouses management, and data reporting
  • Achieve sales/revenue targets and stretched goals
  • Cost reduction on materials/shipments/logistics/warehousing costs
  • On-time delivery of finished goods to customers and status report to the management
  • Ensure inventories/materials are within the expected level to avoid high costs/wastage/obsolescence

Required skills/experience/education:
  • At least 10 years’ experience working at a MNC companies with international atmosphere in a comparable commercial industry
  • Have detailed understanding of MRP and inventory control / management system and ERP
  • Fluent in commercial area, profitability, and costing management
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving that involves end to end supply chain process
  • Independent and accuracy in job execution
  • Familiar with Indonesia’s trade regulations
  • Proficient in MS Excel, sufficient in SAP is a plus
  • Team player and a quick learner
  • Willing to be placed in Bali
