Memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan yang baik dan benar mengenai produk dan beauty

Bertanggung jawab menjawab seluruh komentar dan pertanyaan di IG dan WhatsApp official dalam jangka waktu dan target yang telah ditentukan

Memastikan tidak ada komentar atau pertanyaan yang tidak terjawab

Requirements:

WAJIB mempunyai pengetahuan yang luas mengenai beauty (skincare/makeup)

Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman 1-2 tahun sebagai customer service

Memiliki semangat kerja yang tinggi

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan kemauan yang tinggi

Lebih disukai fasih berbahasa Inggris.

Bersedia kerja di weekend/public holiday
