Minimum of two years experience in a similar role
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Mailmerge
Maximum 35 years old
Understand in labor laws
Willing to work at Cengkareng, Banten (Bandara Soekarno Hatta) Tanggung Jawab
Collecting data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records.
Prepared emlployeement contract
Handle recruitment & selection (prepare and publish the job adverts; shortlist, interview, and select candidates; conduct the onboarding process)
Provide analysis and reports using the HR tools and data
Support budgeting process, in collaboration with Finance.
Execute payroll run including benefits payment for national and expatriate employees.
Review all required payroll input to ensure accuracy before and during payroll run.
