Job Description

Default Job Descriptions
  • Coordinating with engineers to perform customer provisioning.
  • Perform customer and support reports; gather, assemble, and format data in spreadsheets and reports.
  • Update, maintain, routine changes technical information to web pages.
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and other documents.
  • Work closely with engineers, data center team, and cross-division.
Qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role or responsibilities.
  • Minimum diploma degree.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Knowledge of MMs. Office as well as other supporting system
