Job Description

Plan, set performance & productivity target, and organize Driver Onboarding and Engagement activity (Area based)

Manage weekly driver Onboarding community database

Manage & provide Driver Onboarding and Engagement budget report (Area based)

Manage & monitor Onboarding and Engagement Agents daily activities

Provide Onboarding and Engagement daily activities summary & report

Support management to maintain field team performance and productivity
Minimum 2 years of primary experience in engagement, sales and partnership

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good in written and spoken English

Excellent in data & analytical skills

Excellent in presentation

Able to make decisions or provide solid recommendations - based on data & analytical thinking

Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environments

Experienced in performing Ms. Excel, Ms. Power point, Ms. Word, and other systems/tools to help implementation and tracking

Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point

Willing to be placed in SDC ShopeeFood (Within Jakarta, Sumatera - Palembang, East Java - Jember, Pasuruan, other regions open to discuss)
