Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Assist the Building Maintenance and Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, enhancing and monitoring the condition of ITC building facilities and infrastructure, especially in the mechanical (escalator / travellator / elevator) and plumbing fields.
  • Supervise the implementation of the work in the field includes design, specification, and cost.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Mechanical in high rise building / retail shopping center/mall.
  • Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office).
  • Familiarity with operation and maintenance system and maintenance elevator, escalator, AC, Chiller, STP.
  • Good communication and hardworking nature.
  • Able to make Maintenance Mechanical Building Budget and Work plan.
  • Willing to be placed in ITC Permata Hijau, South Jakarta.
