Manage day to day onsite trading activities for web and marketplaces
Drive growth (sales, profit, conversion, average order value, etc) across online platform through robust trading of multi categories
Produce competitor benchmark and reports, e.g sales performance, stock, customer data, promotion activities
Analyse performance regularly (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) using web analytics to make trading recommendations and execute actions to respond to customer behaviour
Work cross functionally with Merchandising teams, Marketing & Creative to ensure continuity between online and in-store
Site walk daily and work with Web Operations team to ensure all products are live and correctly merchandised (copy, content, and photographs are of a high standard), as well as to test new releases ready for go live on the web.
Create engaging visual and written content to improve the customers shopping experience and increase conversion rates.
Requirements:
A minimum of Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Analytical and numerical with strong reporting skills.
Proficient in Excel, Power Point, CSS and/or Adobe Photoshop.
Excellent communication and writing skill both in English & Bahasa.
Strong attention to details and ability to think commercially.
Attending the various events, seminars and invitations from third parties to maintain good communication.
