Responsibilities
Performs the investigation and prioritization of the client portfolio using the IISLA system, among others
Coordinate meetings with clients
Conduct and prepare bids
Fulfills functions as a sales executive with a specific portfolio
Plan and coordinate sales campaigns
Prepare and maintain business reports on a regular basis
Establishes contact, coordination and assignment of sales leads from offices abroad
Track the quote by phone or email
Manages the CRM sales system (Creation and classification of clients, management of views and communications, opportunities and data updating)
Manages the management software (Commercial Module)
Performs client recovery and maintenance
Develops marketing materials and supports corporate events

Skills required
Operational knowledge and experience in intercontinental transport and international trade
English language: Oral and written intermediate level
User of MS Office and preferably have knowledge of management and sales software at user level
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Customer service skills
A good team player (friendly attitude, collaborative and value teamwork)
Proactive in time management

Applicant must be eligible to work in Indonesia legally
