Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution (DMED) brings together the Disney’s best-in-class product, technology, and commercialization teams together into one global organization. DMED is responsible for the P&L management and all distribution, network and engineering operations, sales, advertising, data, and certain key technology functions worldwide for the Company’s content engines. DMED also manages operations of the Company’s streaming services including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ Hotstar; and domestic broadcast and cable television networks.
Disney+ Hotstar is leading the way as one of the largest premium video platform in Indonesia. It is the dedicated home for streaming movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more. It is available on most internet-connected devices and offers a variety of original feature-length films, documentaries, live-action and animated series and short-form content. Alongside unprecedented access to Disney’s incredible library of film and television entertainment, the service is also the exclusive streaming home for the latest releases from The Walt Disney Studios.
This role is responsible for the administrative and finance management support to the Disney+ Hotstar service in Indonesia while serving as a support resource for the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the GM, including and not limited to calendar and expense management
Provide general administrative support to the team
Provide finance management support, including with respect to Cost Estimation (CE) from vendors, Purchase Orders (PO), incoming invoices from vendors and raise Goods Received (GR), budget management and reports, expense processing and finance-related filing system, premiums/merchandises management, travel expenses
Coordinate with related stakeholders including D+HS team and vendors
All other duties as assigned including divisional events and office management
Basic Qualifications:
A Diploma or its equivalent
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience or in a Finance Administrator role
Demonstrable working knowledge of SAP and other associated administrative systems
Experience in a fast paced, large multi-national organisation
Advanced Outlook, PowerPoint and Word Skills
Knowledge of Excel
Organised and detail oriented – excellent level of accuracy
Able to work in a deadline driven environment and meet tight deadlines
Dynamic and enthusiastic
Able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, be pro-active and take initiative
