Support and involve in company event plan, arrangement related to employee engagement activities plan and execution such as consolidation meeting, tech talk, company picnic, retirement event, etc.
Administration process of EDP, PMS and bootcamp projects.
In relation with bootcamp, handling of sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods.
Control onboarding process for employees.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling development areas.
Experience in recruitment, especially mass recruitment will be advantage.
Good in administration skills.
Proactive, initiative, fast learner, good analytical thinking.
Good communication and interpersonal skill with extensive English proficiency both written and oral.
