A multinational Health-Tech company, operating in 11 countries with a focus to enable health access/services to under-served families in SEA and MENA.

Job Description

  • Lead local and global projects from design to BAU transition.
  • Manage portfolio of projects with various nature, complexity and impact.
  • Deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Creating project scope, kick off, prepare PID, build project team and set up governance structures.
  • Manage projects, RAID logs and budgets.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in timely manner.
  • Mitigate risk and issues.
  • Lead and manage communication with various Stakeholders (internal, external)

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (preferred) from reputable universities or overseas.
  • Demonstrate excellent fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Project/Product Management role.
  • Understand principles of Lean Process Management and able to apply this on the projects.
  • Comfortable to travel globally
  • Comfortable to work with international teams (different time zones, different cultures and work style).

  • Good problem solver and possessed growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey difficult messages in delicate manner.
