Job Description
  • Prepare annual ordering budget (OTB) and business plan for principal,
alongside sales and purchase forecast, and monthly shipment plans
  • Work closely with Marketing department to develop annual marketing plan
and control the execution throughout the year, including social media
channel activities, to achieve maximum brand awareness
  • Work closely with Operation department to ensure smooth store operation
while maintaining the brand and company standards, maximize the sales
turnover for each stores while reaching the highest possible customer
satisfaction level
  • Work closely and coordinate with all other related departments to maximize
the brand performance and achieve all the company KPIs, while maintaining
the brand image
  • Collaborate with global product management and all suppliers to ensure
future product lines are trend-relevant for target customers.
  • Review product sell through every month and taking action to reduce prices
or set promotions as necessary. Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experiences in Apparel / Fashion / Retail Industry
  • Experience of Allocations and stock management preferable
  • Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies effectively
