Persyaratan

2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar position

3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

Experience with influencer marketing

Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels, e-commerce channels

Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

3 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and e

Familiarity with web design and basic skills in Wordpress.

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Bachelor but preferably master in Marketing, Digital technologies, or business administration in or similar relevant field

Tanggung Jawab

Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy of Nazava including influencer marketing.

Manage the direct to consumer sales strategy

Manage and train the rest of the team of graphic designers, story teller, web designers.

Recruit new team members and short term freelancers and consultants

Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team

Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels

Manage and oversee the digital sales channels (e-commerce)

Measure ROI and KPIs

Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget

Oversee all the company's social media accounts

Carry out activities for improving the quality of online content

Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports

Research and forecast future sales and performance trends

Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement

Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
