Responsibilities

Analyze current business process with the objective of identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and control
Drafting operational SOP, handle the document to be business processes and working instruction in detail and descriptive

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree majoring Industrial Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent
Understanding Business Process Improvement (BPI) & Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)
Have experience min. 1 year in the related field
Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Visio
