Responsibilities:
1. Support Wealth & Matured Segment unit in day-to-day activity, including:
Administrative works (including budget, creative, purchasing, sign off and file records)
Reporting
2. Assist in GTM Wealth & Matured Segment projects
Daily progress preparation, monitoring & reporting, including creative development and budget implementation
Requirements:
Committed to join for 6 months
Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to details
Must be computer literate (working knowledge of word processing, PowerPoint, Excel).
Familiar with design software (photoshop, adobe, video editor) is a plus.
Understands basic administrative works
Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and excel
