Job Descriptions

    • Able to communicate regarding policies to driver-partners
    • Conduct training (education) to driver-partners
    • Coordinate with other departments to create the quality of driver-partners
    • Conduct data analysis of driver-partners performance
    • Familiar and experienced with suspension, termination, and activation of driver-partners accounts
    • Exceed individual and team targets & KPI's
    • Achieving total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives

Job Requirements

    • Minimum bachelor's degree with experience in education and/or training driver-partners
    • Able to operate and analyze data using excel and google sheet
    • Able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
    • Experience and familiar with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
