Job Description

Support for the IT Application.

Ensuring the Application system servers are working optimally.

Perform the testing & troubleshooting for any bugs or improvements.

Perform system development/programming.

Responsible for communicating with users, regulators and other. stakeholders and reporting on status when the service has been restored.
Have experience or knowledge in programming is a plus.

Minimum 1 year of experience as Application support in Banking environment.

Proficient in English.

Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant field.

Having good personality, communication and problem solving skill.
