Job Description
Managing a portfolio of different e-commerce enablers (Lazada Partners) handling top international and local brands, and developing appropriate strategies for each Lazada Partner
Working alongside commercial and operational teams to translate platform insights into a direction which drives performance.
Supporting the short- and long-term plans for the development of Lazada Partners.
Analyzing key metrics to ensure performance will meet or even surpass LazMall quality standards.
Driving activities for e-commerce enablers to optimize Lazada platform tools, technology, and fulfillment.
Assists in review meetings with internal stakeholders ensuring achievement of targets.
Providing the Lazada Partners with platform-focused insights regarding customer, category, and operations.
Evaluating concerns or issues and effectively communicating solutions to peers and Lazada Partners.
Developing strong working relationships with Lazada Partners, categories, business operations, marketing solutions, and logistics operation teams are essential.
Job Requirements
Bachelors / Master Degree, preferably in Strategy, Business, Operations
Previous experience and knowledge of a retail environment as a category or key accounts manager for a brand, distributor, or retailer is ideal, but not required.
Ability to analyze and execute day-to-day activities to support commercial directions based on available data is essential.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to be in charge and persuade at all levels of the company
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic knowledge of e-commerce in Indonesia
Highly self-motivated and willing to challenge the status quo.
Appreciation of digital enterprise and emerging technologies.
