Job Description

Tinkerlust is a fashion e-commerce company that is committed to providing women the best selection of affordable fashion choices. We are looking for a Fashion Luxury Buyer and Customer Relation, the role will be responsible for the collection buy, extensive data analysis, financial and retail data modeling for full price and you will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.

Responsibilities :
Evaluating market, sales history and information together with forward trends to develop a department strategy

Understanding product and market trends and demonstrating commercial awareness.

Identifying new trends and opportunities to grow sales and profit

Build strong relationships, managing relations across the business functions

Ad-hoc duties assisting with the needs of a developing business

Monitor sales performance indicators, analyze selling trends, manage and propose reorders

Manage buying activities during the sales including selection and quantities

Evaluate and report on competitive market trends within the luxury environment

Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.

Increase channels of luxury supply and develop further channels of supply.

Develop new luxury supply sources from personal or business brands in order to increase our luxury supply

Develop deep knowledge of luxury products and the pricing standard.

Maintain a repeat goal of fashion supply by building relationships with individual and business sellers.

Find new prospective sellers to increase supply.

Requirement:
Have minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser/Buyer with within Luxury fashion Retail is essential

Experience in analyzing sales and budgeting is essential

Experience in a start-up department is beneficial

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Strong knowledge of and ability to apply retail math concepts

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Background in fashion industry is beneficial

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Has strong knowledgeable in luxury fashion and keep up with the current trend
