HR Data & Analytics Specialist. In this role, you will be an integral player within the HR Data & Analytics teams based in Jakarta. This role will report to HR Data & Analytics Lead and help him manage the day-to-day HR Data & Analytics in GoTo Financial / GTF. Primary scope is to maintain the Workforce Planning, Organization Chart Design, Data Integrity and Data Hygiene in our HR System (Workday).
What You Will Do
Responsible for doing the admin role for Workday HCM / Adaptive (Workforce Planning)
Collaborate with PBP, IT PAC and HR Operations to maintain the Organization Chart Design and Data Integrity/hygiene in our HR System (Workday)
Establish regular completeness audit process for 100% of key People Data Fields through data hygiene monthly reports
Harmonizing organizational data relationship to maintain the hygiene and integrity of the Data
Work with PBP & IT PAC teams to continuously refine, improve the systems to cater the ever-changing business needs
Responsible for functional configurations and deployment of Workday solutions based on business needs
Strategize, monitor, and provide functional and technical support on the HR ecosystem
Deep-dive analysis to support business decisions
What You Will Need
At least 3 years of experience in implementing/maintaining HR System, Preferably Workday (configurations, integrations, data migration, adaptive planning, reporting, security, and access role)
Knowledge in SQL, proficient in Statistics, Structuring & Analysis is a huge plus
Hands-on experience on Workday HCM & Adaptive will be an added advantage
Experience in managing and supporting technical implementation with a strong ability to work with related organizations within IT, business, and project support teams
Strong analytical, high attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and creative problem solving skills
Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed and think and act independently while also being team oriented
Good follow-up skills; the ability to understand; adaptability to process changes; and a strong sense of importance and ownership
You are confident with your use of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both in written and oral so that you can effectively engage others
Our HR Data & Analytics is part of the HR People & Operations team and is a big family of over 20 team members stationed in Indonesia, India, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. The gist of our role is to be a strategic operations partner in delivering HR operational excellence to further scale GTF. Working closely with the various COE teams, it's our job to ensure we offer an exceptional employee experience for all of our GTF employees.
