  • Memberikan layanan yang baik dan tepat untuk semua kebutuhan nasabah
  • Memiliki kemauan untuk membantu nasabah
  • Memberikan respon dan solusi yang cepat terhadap semua keluhan nasabah.
  • Menindak lanjuti dan memastikan bahwa nasabah mendapatkan solusi yang tepat utk setiap permasalahannya.
  • Untuk yang lulusan SMA harus yang berpengalaman sebagai Call Centre atau pengalaman di BCA Bro and Sist
