Growth Center is Corporate Human Resources Kompas Gramedia's effort to extend its expertise and impact to a wider audience, not limited to its own Kompas Gramedia home base. Growth Center specializes itself in people assessment, online learning courses, and other people-related solutions.
From the many streams in Growth Center, the Engagement Stream team is part of Growth Center which handles initatives that engages internal and external talents; consisting of mainly employer branding and talent sourcing & acquisition projects.
Job description & responsibilities:
Aiding the Engagement Stream team in conducting research, developing strategy and action plan - both for (internal) employee engagement and (external) talent engagement;
Developing, managing, and executing content, campaign, and other initiatives as part of the set action plan's implementation.
Developing and executing social media strategies with objective measurables;
Analyzing social media analytics reports and measurables to provide insights for strategic improvement and program planning purposes;
Becoming Growth Center's Engagement Stream representative in exploring and maintaining relationships with related stakeholders to execute the planned initiatives;
Stakeholders: internal design team, event deployment team, Employee Assistance program team, partnering universities, vendors, external platforms, future and existing clients, etc.
Organizing and participating in events initiated by Engagement Stream team and/or where Engagement Stream participated in, such as Employee Assistance Program webinars/workshops, job fairs, university affairs, internship programs, etc.
Final year university students or university fresh graduate from any majors;
Previous experiences handling social medias and/or events;
Enjoys liaising with various and multiple stakeholders;
Enjoys multitasking (handling multiple projects in a time period);
Self-starter - actively taking initiatives;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Interested (or willing to explore) in Human Resources topics and issues;
Willing to work in a six-months contract period, starting from around W2 July 2021.
