Job Description:
As part of Central Ops - Mex Ops Trainer, you are responsible to manage, oversee, design training and quality processes and methodologies which can lead to performance improvement of the training attendees. Throughout your responsibilities, you will prepare the drivers to succeed in the Grab platform, provide 5star service to the customers and contribute to drive Southeast Asia move forward.
The Day-to-day Activities
You will support Central Ops - Mex Ops, Sales, CE for Grab Food, Grab Mart team to design the training courses by conducting training need analysis or customisation study as required by the business unit.
You will coordinate training schedules with the related teams.
You will design the training modules, contents and assessments to educate GrabFood’s standard operating procedures and service quality.
You will conduct training evaluations to measure the progress and effectiveness of the trainings by analysing performance metrics.
You will communicate and collaborate cross department to update Grabbers with new training contents.
