Job Description

  • identify agricultural cultivation problems
  • Analyze problems related to the production process and plant cultivation
  • Provide advice and develop an action plan in relation to R&D in order to achieve the expected production potential targets
  • Contribute in the form of recommendations for solving horticultural cultivation problems.
  • Provide training and technical assistance for horticultural cultivation to field workers.
  • Develop a Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) related to the technical implementation of cultivation and controlling of the results of field analysis and other rotated research.

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Agronomy. Plant Diseases Pests. Agrotechnology)
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Agronomist or field Assistant. preferable in the field of horticultural cultivation (chilli, potatoes, onion).
  • Have knowledge and accustomed to doing research on plant pests and diseases as well as seed technology.
  • Have knowledge of horticultural Cultivation techniques. Soil analysis fertilization recommendations.
  • Have good critical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Have interpersonal, management, organizational and observation skills
