We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Financial Network Partnership Intern to manage our special project. To ensure success, our intern should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and advanced administrative skills, communicating with clients, handling clients' documents and ensuring the onboarding process is smooth. Though this starts as an internship position, once the selected candidate perform their duties well, there is an opportunity for the candidate to be a full time employee.
Duties & Requirements:
Assisting the senior manager in communicating with the clients
Receiving and processing client’s documents
Drafting NDA
Contacting clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
Building and maintaining relationship with the clients
Compiling monthly reports
Expediting pending process through internal liaison
Directing feedback from clients to relevant departments
Follow up on the progress of the projects with the stakeholders
Requirements:
An associate’s or bachelor's degree in Business or Communication
Prior experience in partnership is a huge plus
Exceptional interpersonal skill
Have understanding in corporate writing, NDA Proposal, and corporate documents.
Have an experience handling in client relationship management is a huge plus
Have high attention to detail
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Able to speak fluent English is a plus point
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
