We’re looking for a highly skilled HR professional to assist with employee relations, policies, and practices to help us grow and thrive. Our ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Bachelor Degree Required
Fluent in English speaking
Experience supporting employee in startup environment
7+ years human resource business partner experience
Proficient in using Talenta HRIS
Ability to create and drive effective and positive employee relations, retention and reward programs
A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement; Demonstrated experience driving processes improvements and specific skills in Kaizen methodologies preferred
