Job Description

Uraian Tugas

  • Maintain and control hotel (civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, AC, etc. ) to ensure that all day to day operational matter is handled on time
  • To ensure the departmental budget is adhered to in terms of expenditure by monitoring and controlling cost
  • Maintain relationship with other sources of task forces (school, outsourcing, government)

Pengalaman kerja

  • Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience and 3 years manager experience in engineering hotel department
  • Bachelor of science, diploma or college degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering preferred
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Capable of delegating multiple task.
  • Able to communicate well in English
