1. Melaksanakan rencana kerja yang telah ditetapkan dan membuat laporan progres serta hasil pelaksanaan aktivitas harian.

2. Mengembangkan jaringan dengan merekrut agent/freelencer yang dapat membantu dalam memasarkan produk BFI.

3. Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan Agent, sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas Agent yang sudah direkrut

4. Membina dan membantu Agent untuk mengembangkan strategi, guna meningkatkan kontribusi, produktivitas, dan loyalitas Agent.
