1. Commercial performance
1.1. Achieve new client acquisition , sales budget, volume growth & relevant KPIs as defined and agreed
1.2. Develop and drive commercial strategy with consultation of local managemet, TB SEA Head and Product Specialist
1.3. Take charge of the key TB relationships with direct coverage of top TB clients
1.4. Promote actively the cross selling of TB Products (Cash management, Traditional Trade and Supply Chain Management)
2. Managerial Performance
2.1 Coach and provide the necessary guidance to the teams
2.2 Motivate and push team towards the overall objectives of TB Indonesia and maximize contribution to TB Asia Pacific's franchise
2.3 Analyse monthly financial reporting and take appropriate commercial action to meet the sales budgets and other defined KPIs
3. Marketing Performance
3.1 Review and improve our pitching marketing material on a regular basis
3.2 Raise internal and external awareness of our franchise via internal marketing and external events
4. Risk and Portfolio Management
4.1 Preserve the quality of the portfolio through a periodic review of portfolio, in particularly the watchlisted or deteriorating files, regular interaction with risk and corporate head
4.2 Review weekly level of the funded assets to be able to react quickly and decide whether the commercial actions need to be adjusted (pricing etc)
5. Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework
5.1 Responsible for the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day to day business activities, such as Control Plan
5.2 Responsible for ensuring team members to comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
5.3 Responsible for reporting all incidents according to the Incident Management System
