Job Description

PT Johnson & Johnson Indonesia is recruiting for a Specialist, People Experience Operations located in Jakarta.

The People Experience Operations Specialist is responsible for execution of various tasks in HR area, especially employee data management in Workday, Benefits Administration in other HR systems connected to employee life cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, assign, update, classify, process cases in case management application for one or more processes
Ensure policy and legal compliance, integrity, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of transactions & documentation
Assist and encourage customers to make effective use of self-service options, systems, products, service, etc. in order to drive rapid solution and empower customers; educate and inform customers of the full range of Global Services HR available to them

Qualifications

Education:

Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

Required:

Demonstrates customer orientation and customer service skills
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
Sense of initiative and ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with detailed support and assistance in a concise and professional manner
Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
Continuous learning mindset - always curious, learn from mistakes, be open minded and willing to learn with others and willing to share knowledge
Great work ethics – be reliable, meet deadlines, deliver the results, be open to receive feedback
Basic understanding of HR Functional domains (Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Workforce Data Administration, HRBP, Employee Relations) or Payroll
Service Center experience, HR and/or Payroll Service Center
Experience using Case Management tools
