What You Will Be Doing
Maintaining day to day finance & accounting duties
Assisting Accounting Specialist for recording invoices into Netsuite
Reconciling bank statements
Assisting Accounting Specialist to maintain Balance Sheet schedule
Organizing files in a systematic manner
Assisting the finance / accounting department for administrative tasks
Qualifications
Last year student/graduated from Bachelor's Degree of Finance/Accounting
Eager to learn
Familiar with Microsoft Excel
Familiar with ERP Accounting System would be a plus
Good communication skills and collaborate well with diverse groups of people
