What You Will Be Doing

  • Maintaining day to day finance & accounting duties
  • Assisting Accounting Specialist for recording invoices into Netsuite
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Assisting Accounting Specialist to maintain Balance Sheet schedule
  • Organizing files in a systematic manner
  • Assisting the finance / accounting department for administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Last year student/graduated from Bachelor's Degree of Finance/Accounting
  • Eager to learn
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with ERP Accounting System would be a plus
  • Good communication skills and collaborate well with diverse groups of people
