Job Description

Ensure report and forecast deliver on-time

Make sure the manpower planning is according to the needs and the existing workload to adequate daily manpower coverage within the CS team

Effective check the provisioning - deprovisioning of employee account as part of security control

Make sure all document hardcopies should be properly store as part of the compliance policy

Ensure team have sufficient knowledge in their field

Conduct regularly/weekly team meeting to alignment, discussion and put forward solution to any issues raise from your team
At least 3 years experience in the same field or relevant

Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator role in Banking/Financial services industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Attention to details and organizational skills

Good communication and presentation skills in English

Excellent problem-solving skills
