Job Description

  • Mengembangkan strategi media sosial dan menetapkan goals untuk Meningkatkan brand awareness dan menaikkan jumlah engagement
  • Mengatur semua platform media sosial dari brand atau perusahaan seperti Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, dan YouTube
  • Merencanakan dan membuat content plan serta menyampaikannya kepada tim
  • Mengembangkan dan mengatur kompetisi serta campaign untuk mempromosikan perusahaan atau brand
  • Menulis blog atau artikel yang menarik
  • Menciptakan konten multimedia yang efektif
  • Membangun relasi yang baik dengan influencer baik di media sosial dan juga secara langsung
  • Mengatur serta memfasilitasi komunitas media sosial dengan merespon post dari media sosial dan mengembangkan diskusi
  • Memonitor dan melaporkan performa akun media sosial setiap brand dengan menggunakan tools seperti Google Analytics ataupun insight yang disediakan oleh Facebook

  • Good Knowledge in Beauty and Fashion Industry
  • Minimum 2 Year Experience as Social Media Specialist
  • Had Experience handling Social Media Channel (IG, Tiktok, Youtube, and Website
  • Must had Experience in Same Industry and Same Position
  • Good at Making Content at all Social Media Channel
  • Creative Person
  • Good Appearance
  • Able to work in dynamic environment
