Job Description

About the job:

The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategise with another internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will be create and implement In-Line Sewing Schedule, Marking, and Cutting Schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Make in-line sewing schedule
  • Manage and evaluate entire production process
  • Create production planning and budgeting
  • Work with the Board to ensure targets and planning is on schedule
  • Lead and monitor KPI's of employee's
  • Create time studies and ensure the operators are on targets
  • Maintain a health and safety production environment
  • Oversee consumption making and efficiency in cutting and marking process

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ of production experience and garment construction
  • Experience in swimsuit, swimwear, activewear, or resort wear will be preferable
  • Knowledge in Bill of Materials (BOM) management and understanding
  • Must be able to use computation skills like Microsoft Suites, Google Suites, and Outlook.
  • Excellent skill in verbal and written communication, organisation, management, problem solving, analytical thinking, and adaptive.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rp1,800,000,000 per month
