Job Description

Purpose:
To assist the SEA Team in South Asia Region (Indonesia, Thailand, India, and Bangladesh) in maintaining the master data collection, doing data analysis as needed including but not limited to S-KPI assessment and Health & Safety Aspects, and managing to support any related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, verify and analyze data and information from factories
  • Asist the SEA Team to create any necessary tracking/survey both digitally and manually to all factories

  • Regional Projects:
    • Support SEA Team in Regional Project Data Review and consolidation
    • Compile factory submission on related S-KPI UOM and related Worker Empowerment Program
    • Assist any meeting, conference call with consultant and factory.

  • FFC Data Cleansing:
    • Update factory contact list, workers complaints, SEA training and factory engagement.
    • Check Self-Assessment completeness and inform AT accordingly.
    • Configured Report based on our needs e.g. CKPI Score, Factory Designation, Total Workers
    • Review long standing open issues (including in case any SG Fty still create audit report for their T2 in FFC)

  • Social Indicator, Social Value and Monthly Report
    • Configured data to check the completeness of Social Indicator Data.
    • Compile Monthly Report from each factory.

  • SEA Training:
    • Planning and organizing SEA training session and collaborate with related stakeholders (e.g. internal team, T1 suppliers) to ensure the session runs well.

  • Other administrative work:
    • Tracking and review CM approval
    • Cooperate with LO Executive Assistant for a travel or team visit arrangement.

  • Factory, Tier 1 & Tier 2
  • Adidas SEA team and Sourcing.

Requirements:
  • Graduate in 2021/2022, major in Occupational Health and Safety or other related subjects
  • Strong communication skill (English spoken is a must)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently on projects,
  • Could adapt working environment in factories

Employment Period: 3 months
