Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE Promoting and branding tiket.com’s Employer Value Proposition and cultural values to potential talents in Indonesia through engaging and interactive marketing and communications. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Content Development: Create and design Social Media Campaigns and routine content for tiket.com’s employer branding social media channels; Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, and Spotify to promote tiket.com’s Employer Value Propositions (EVP)
  • Channel Management: Monitor and measure tiket.com’s employer branding communication platform’s performance such as conversion rate, engagement rate, and brand sentiment.
  • Media Planning: Develop Monthly content analysis and agenda planning to communicate tiket.com’s EVP and culture values
  • Perform regular content updates and analysis on tiket.com’s career website to attract the right talents.
  • Media Monitoring: Perform Active employer brand communication market research and competitor analysis to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Supports content development for candidate experience program to keep candidates engaged during the hiring process
REQUIREMENTS Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Media related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Marketing and communications-related role.
Technical
  • Expert project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced in Multimedia production, Content Writing, Graphic Design, and Media Planning.
  • Fluent speaking and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Expert interpersonal communication skills
