About work仕事内容について

  • Prepare document to support import clearance process to freight forwarder
  • Prepare & submit import document (Bill of lading, invoice, Packing list, etc)
  • Communicate with bea cukai & trucking
  • Handle & monitoring shipment schedule
  • Handle DO payment, freight invoice and all payment related to the import process
  • Coordinate with bank & accounting tax department regarding payment process
  • Coordinate with warehouse in manufacture site regarding incoming import goods
  • Handle and compile all incoming & outcoming import document
  • Doing stock opname in manufacture
