Job Description

The Installed Base Ops Support Specialist key focus is to drive assets data quality and SIT audit data accuracy within the IB context in Salesforce and customer support portal, with the purpose of delivering good data to the LOBs and external customers. These data representation is vital with the awareness of the systems condition, product lines and software release level and entitlements of their service contracts.

Ensure timely action within specified cycle time deliverables on the asset change requests towards stakeholders.

Ensure SIT audit data is maintain at accuracy and processing file issues are to be resolved within specified cycle time.
Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Degree or Higher Diploma in any discipline.

IT Assets Management or Software Programming or Mechanical Engineering an added advantage.

Minimum 4 years working experience.

Good working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Salesforce is an added advantage

Analytical thinking mindset.

Ability to apply logics on different situational scenarios.

Flexibility to adjust quickly to fulfil business demands.

Ability to handle high stress level during seasonal workload surge or last minute requests.

Systematic way in planning and organizing skills.

Ability to multi-task and priorities work.

Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
