Cook & Larder (Salad/Cold Section)

Job Description:

  • Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
  • Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
  • Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly

General Requirements:

· Proven experience (Min. 1-year experience in the same position)

· Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods

· Good communication skills

· Hospitality background (Min. SMK/D1)

· Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

· Well organized, attention to detail, and team player

· Enjoys working as a part of a high performing team and has a professional demeanor

· Able to join us immediately

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: Up to Rp3,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • SMA/SMU/SMK (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Cook/Larder: 1 year (Preferred)
