  • Review agreements / its amendment and other related legal issue
  • Review Agency Agreement and its related documents, including but not limited to: 1) Standard Operating Procedure; 2) Script/Slides/presentation/training material on recruitment, promotion of Agent; 3) Memo/Letter/Guidelines, and/or 4) any documents in relation to Agency operations.
  • Providing legal advice and opinion on Agency's' initiatives.
  • Review master bancassurance / product agreements / service level agreement and/or its amendments.
  • Review other various distribution documents.
  • Maintain an updated legal database on distribution agreements final draft. - -
  • Providing legal opinion/advice and legal.
  • Provide legal research and support a.
