Support Business Development Team for sales and operational process in Fashion & Lifestyle's Category
Maintain good communication and relationship with merchant partners for both online & offline
Responsible for sales target in their account
Do regular visit to offline merchant partner
Ensure successful onboarding and integration with merchant partner
Provide training and refreshment to the merchant staff
Responsible for distribution POP material promotion placement in merchant outlets
Socialize campaign program to the merchant staff & make sure the campaign running well
Handle merchant staff question for any inquiries
Gather feedback from merchant partner to develop recommended solutions
Maintain and prepare reporting
Ensure the quality of the network for merchant satisfaction

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least diploma degree in any field
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
Have previous experience in digital payment industry is preferred
Familiar with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, & MS Power Point) and Google Drive
Have motorcycle and SIM C
Energetic and high motivation
