About the Department

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

1, Mengusulkan dan melaksanakan sasaran dan langkah strategis yang terkait dengan pemberian jasa hukum kepada Unit Kerja Corporate Banking, Financial Institution dan Commercial Banking (IG & ETB) maupun kepadaunit kerja lainnya yang terkait.

2. Mengkoordinir, memantau dan memastikan pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia dan anggaran biaya di Divisi Legal Wholesale Banking Support dilakukan semaksimal mungkin sesuai dengan SLA yang berlaku dan seefisien mungkin.

3. Mengelola seluruh pemberian jasa hukum internal, baik berupa pendapat hukum, nasihat hukum maupun langkah hukum strategis yang diperlukan sebelum unit kerja tersebut mengambil suatu keputusan.

4. Mengusulkan perubahan kebijakan hukum internal atau standar dokumen hukum dengan mengacu kepada ketentuan hukum yang berlaku dan/atau praktek terbaik di industri perbankan di Indonesia.

5. Membantu penanganan perkara litigasi yang dihadapi oleh UOBI yang terkait dengan transaksi yang dilakukan oleh unit kerja Coporate Banking, Financial Institution, Commercial Banking (IG & ETB) maupun unit kerja lainnya yang terkait.

6. Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan dokumen hukum yang terkait transaksi perkreditan, termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada perjanjian kredit dan perjanjian jaminan.

7. Bertanggung jawab dalam seluruh proses negosiasi hukum terkait dengan transaksi perkreditan

8. Bertanggung jawab dalam menyiapkan bahan pelatihan hukum terkait dengan aspek hukum, khususnya yang terkait dengan transaksi di Corporate Banking, Financial Institution dan Commercial Banking (IG & ETB).

Job Requirements

  • Pendidikan : Min S1 di bidang hukum, S2 is preferable.
  • Pengalaman: 8 tahun di bidang pengikatan kredit dan jaminan dan mempunyai pengalaman mengelola tim kerja.
  • Skills: good at legal drafting, negotiation & presentation skills, legal logic thinking.
