Ensure that all tasks are delivered on time and within the scope
Manage changes to the campaign scope and campaign timeline
Assist in the campaign inventories and involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
Report and escalate to lead as needed
Perform risk management to minimize campaign risks
Perform other related duties as assigned
To confirm date availability to all channel owners and align with the Relationship Manager (RM) team
Work with RM on production timelines to ensure timely deliverables, approvals and launch.
To coordinate with RM for placement details & requirements
Quality control for Marketing Requirements Document (MRD) from RM or create MRD (if needed) and share to creative & channel owner
Help to QC the creative asset before submitted to channel owner
Work closely with channel owner
To evaluate review and value propose barter from Brand
To coordinate with channel owner and ops for Tokopedia airing proof asset
To request and align with creative for Campaign guideline
Minimum Qualifications:
Working experience min 1 year, in e-commerce, operations, or agency is an advantage
Able to work under pressure & super tight deadline
Have project management skills
Have some working experience in Operations & Agency from reputable university with strong background and interest in Advertising, Communication, Media, or Marketing
Have an internship background in project management or a member of a past organizational group
Spent significant time in Yogyakarta and has strong network and knowledge about the region.
