Job Descriptions:

Assist with reviewing privacy impact assessments and providing privacy by design guidance.
Assist with the testing of privacy and security measures / controls.
Conduct third party privacy compliance reviews by engaging with relevant teams to monitor and ensure privacy compliance.
Assist with maintaining our data protection compliance database
Update the logs of Data Subject Access Requests, erasure requests, data breaches and near-misses
Responding to, and management of, data subject rights requests.
Escalate Personal Data related risk events to the Group Data Protection team in a timely manner as deemed necessary
Contribute to the maintenance of the Register of Processing Activities
Assist with remediation of control deficiencies.
Assist with data protection projects as required

Requirements:

A graduate ideally holds an IT degree, IT qualification or equivalent.
Able to work independently and proactively
Good knowledge of GDPR and International data protection requirements
Good knowledge of data protection methods, practices and regulations.
Good knowledge of information technology, information and/ or cyber security methods, practices and regulations desirable
Good influencing, negotiating, planning, organizing and analysis skills
Good analytical skills, including the ability to assess risk and impact from a privacy and data protection perspective
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Ability to interact within team environment critical
Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales imposed by legislation and business need
