Job Description

Liaise with respective managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions

Design effective training programs for desa wisata properties

Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.

Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.

Support and mentor new onboarded Desa Wisata Properties

Keep attendance and other records

Manage training budgets

Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

Monitor performance and response to training
2-3 Years as Housekeeping supervisor or Housekeeping trainer

Ability to deliver module and materials in a timely manner

Ability to design and implement training programs

Proficient in english

Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools

Willing to travel across Indonesia
